With purpose

This engaging board game effectively helps evaluate and enhance hygiene knowledge in various medical settings, particularly when working with high-risk patients. It features a variety of interactive stations that promote teamwork and collaboration among employees of the hospital as they navigate through challenges and strive to answer quiz questions accurately.

Process

Details matter in the bigger picture

A major part of this project involved drawing on my iPad, which has allowed me to explore new creative possibilities. I’ve tried to strive away from purely white and blue colors, which are commonly used in medical design and can feel rather monotonous. Instead, I believe that incorporating fun elements and contrasting tones not only helps to grab attention but also encourages individuals to participate in the game with even more eagerness and enthusiasm.

Simplified collaboration on the project

To communicate well with my clients, I use various tools and recommend those that fit their needs. In this instance, we started with Google Slides for collaboration and then moved to Lucid App for easy design comments.

One of my favorite parts of the project is seeing the journey with my clients. From the initial idea to the final design, I like to actively involve them in the process to ensure the final result meets their expectations.
